A much loved tradition of SAC, you won't want to miss this year's Welcome Reception. Join us at the convention hall of the beautiful Beau Rivage for hors d'oeuvres, drinks, entertainment, and networking. The Welcome Reception is open to all SAC attendees, exhibitors and sponsors. We look forward to seeing you there!
The Welcome Reception will take place on the convention floor
on Wednesday, October 18 from 5 - 7 p.m.
What to Expect:

  • A variety of hors d'oeuvres and libations
  • First Look at Exhibits - Tour the Exhibit Hall for the first time and prepare your list of must-meet companies and attendees
  • Reconnect with old friends, make new ones, and celebrate the kick-off of the Southern Automotive Conference!
THURSDAY EVENING: AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY CELEBRATION
Hosted at Morgan Freeman's very own Ground Zero Blues Club, this is an evening you don't want to miss. The Automotive Industry Celebration is a chance to celebrate the success of the southern automotive industry and the conclusion of another successful SAC.
The Automotive Industry Celebration will take place on Thursday, October 19 from 6 - 8 p.m. at the Ground Zero Blues Club. The venue is within walking distance, and there will also be shuttle transportation available.
What to Expect:

  • Entertainment featuring Big A and the All Stars, along with Jaxx Nassar, some of Mississippi's local music favorites.
  • Heavy hors d'oeuvres and complimentary drinks
  • A great time spent celebrating with friends and colleagues
